Windley Key Fossil Reef State Geological Site.

This cut block of limestone used to build the Visitor Center at Windley Key Reef shows an oblique section through a boring made in a coral head. The detailed structures of the coral colony are clearly seen. After boring, the inside of the bore has been encrusted by serpulid worm tubes.
